Our client , a major global player in consumer goods, is undergoing a bold transformation — and we’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Project Lead to help drive it forward in their Customer Operations space.
What you’ll do
You’ll take the lead on an exciting transition, helping improve how the business works with its customers in the Benelux. From designing future-ready ways of working to solving growing pains and supporting teams through change — you’ll be the go-to person for making it all happen smoothly.Your mission
-Lead and coordinate the operational transformation process-Create and execute a strong change strategy
-Work with internal teams and stakeholders to make the shift a success
-Tackle challenges with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
-Ensure new systems and processes are embedded and future-proof
What you bring
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-3+ years of experience in Customer Development or Customer Service
-Proven track record in project and change management
-Strong stakeholder and communication skills
-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with great time management
