Supply Planning Coordinator, Amersfoort, Utrecht

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with three colleagues to oversee the planning of a diverse range of dairy products produced or repackaged by external suppliers. You will be responsible for optimizing the supply network plan for your assigned product portfolio, ensuring timely production and delivery while managing order processes and logistics flows.

Responsibilities
-Create and enhance supply network plans for external manufacturing and co-packing.
-Develop and adjust operational and tactical plans (1-18 months).
-Manage the balance between demand, inventory, and production capacity to ensure a streamlined supply chain.
-Proactively identify and address supply chain issues.
-Track and improve key performance indicators (Service Level, Waste, Inventory).
-Collaborate with external suppliers, procurement, demand planning, and customer care teams.
-Contribute to projects focused on new product introductions, process improvements, and IT system developments.
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency.


Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
-Experience in production and logistics (preferably in FMCG or food industries).
-Familiarity with planning systems such as SAP ECC / SAP APO.
-Fluent in Dutch and English.
-Willingness to travel to Belgium approximately twice per month.
