Role Description
As the Supply  Planner Butter & Milk powder, you will be responsible for managing a part of the Butter & Milk powder portfolio, ensuring supply planning across an End to End network. Working closely with your supply chain peers, you will balance market service and operational efficiency. This role involves maximizing the valorization of our supply-driven Butter and Milk powder flows in collaboration with commercial stakeholders of Professional and Trading, as well as the Global S&OP team. You will work on continuous improvements to optimize our network and lead projects aimed at enhancing service, cash flow, and cost efficiency.
You will join a team of 7 other Supply Network Planners and together, you will oversee the entire Butter & Milk powder portfolio. The role is based in Amersfoort, with some travel to the Lochem plant and occasional home office flexibility.

Responsibilities
-Tactical/Operational Planning: Manage the tactical, operational, and daily planning horizon for the Butter & Milk powder portfolio, focusing on Service, Cash, and Costs.
-Demand-Supply Cycle: Co-own the operational demand-supply cycle with Supply Network Planning peers and the Demand Planning team.
-S&OP Cycle Support: Contribute to the Butter & Milk powder S&OP cycle, providing scenario inputs and ensuring alignment with Site Supply Leads.
-RCCP Input: Deliver Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) inputs as part of the Global S&OP Cycle, aiming to optimize the global network.
-Supply Strategy & Projects: Develop and execute the supply strategy, leading projects aimed at improving service levels, cash flow, and cost reductions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
-Certification: APICS or equivalent certification (if degree is not in Supply Chain Management)
-Strong knowledge of planning and inventory management principles (S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS, MRP).
-Experience with planning tools like SAP APO, OMP, or equivalent.
-Previous experience in a multi-functional group or matrix organization.
-Solid analytical skills and the ability to make clear decisions.
-Strong communication skills, adaptable across all organizational levels.
-Fluent in both English and Dutch.

Additional Qualifications:
-APO Supply Planning experience is a must.
-Proficient in Excel and SAP.
-Project management experience is a plus.
-Available to work in Amersfoort on Wednesdays and travel to Lochem 1-2 times per month.
-Must be available in July and August, without long vacations scheduled.
-Proactive, communicative, and flexible.
