Role Description
As a highly motivated and strategic Procurement Manager, you are vital in driving value across the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring best-in-class sourcing practices, managing supplier relationships, and delivering sustainable cost savings. You will have a strong commercial mindset, deep market knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate price forecasts and market insights to inform sourcing strategies across the European Cluster.
• Drive savings and value creation through strategic negotiations, tenders, and cost modelling.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute procurement strategies and support supply chain optimization projects.
• Identify and manage risks through contingency planning and ensure supply continuity.
• Support sustainability and innovation goals by aligning procurement activities with business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a multinational or FMCG environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical acumen, with the ability to develop strategic supplier relationships.
• Excellent understanding of European market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and cost drivers.
• Experience with cost modelling, tender management, and smart procurement tools.
