Role Description
Support the Procurement Operations Manager and team in ensuring a smooth supply of raw materials to their European co-manufacturers. You will play a key role in troubleshooting supply chain issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving service and quality improvements with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and high-quality supply of raw materials to co-manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support supply chain resilience initiatives for raw and packaging materials.
- Assist in strategic supplier collaboration to enhance long-term supply security.
- Contribute to Brexit compliance by ensuring required material data availability.
- Lead service and quality improvement projects with suppliers.
- Manage financial claims and discussions with loss adjusters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG procurement, planning or supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
- SAP experience & project management skills is a plus
