Role description:
Are you a technically skilled Maintenance Engineer who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment? At our client, they are developing life-changing medicines, and your expertise ensures the seamless operation of our clean utilities and HVAC systems. Your role will be essential in maintaining the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • System Management: Oversee GMP clean water (WDI, WFI) and HVAC systems, ensuring optimal reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Investment Planning: Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop long-term investment plans and CAPEX reservations.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all utility systems meet GMP, EHS, and Johnson & Johnson standards.

  • Change Management: Assess and support changes (MoC) for system design, commissioning, and qualification, ensuring all modifications are backed by data.

  • Operational Readiness: Support engineering projects and oversee handover stages to ensure systems are GMP-compliant and operationally ready.

  • Technical Support: Assist the Business System Owner (BSO) in managing installations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance

    Requirements:

     

  • Education: HBO degree or equivalent in a technical field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a regulated pharmaceutical/GMP environment.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of WDI/WFI, HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems, with experience reading and editing P&IDs.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP PM or other CCMS systems is a plus.
