The Role
As a Lead Mechatronics Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing new products, system upgrades, and equipment for advanced labeling and packaging lines. Acting as the primary mechatronics expert, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality execution with a strong emphasis on asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
-Deploy new products, system enhancements, and equipment.
-Offer mechatronics expertise to maintenance and project teams.
-Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
-Plan and execute maintenance and engineering activities.
-Perform technical assessments and prepare reports.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
- Strong mechatronics knowledge and project management experience.
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
- Willingness to work outside office hours occasionally.
