The Role
We are looking for a Lead Facilities Maintenance Engineer to manage and optimize the delivery of both Hard and Soft Facility Services at our site. In this role, you will collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficiently operated facility.

Responsibilities
-Oversee the management of Soft Services, including security, cleaning, catering, mailroom operations, and pest control.
-Supervise Hard Services such as facility maintenance, fire protection, utility systems, and access control management.
-Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
-Work closely with external service providers to ensure high service quality and adherence to compliance standards.
-Track and manage operational budgets while evaluating the performance of service providers.
-Assist in facility-related projects and the enhancement of infrastructure.
-Foster and maintain strong relationships with key internal teams.

Requirements
-A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-Experience with EHS and GMP compliance.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Experience with GMP documentation and technical writing is an advantage.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
-Fluency in both Dutch and English.
