Are you a results-oriented, creative problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement? Do you have experience with technological processes and thrive in a collaborative environment? Our client is looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join their Technology Department in Borculo.

Role Description
As a Senior Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our production processes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
-Troubleshooting technical issues and proactively initiating process improvements.
-Balancing urgent troubleshooting with long-term process optimization.
-Leading or participating in troubleshooting and improvement projects.
-Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, TD, QA, and Logistics.
-Supporting the design, implementation, and validation of investment projects at our Borculo site.
-Staying connected with expert teams and implementing best practices from other locations.

Requirements:

-A completed WO/HBO degree in Chemical Technology, Process Technology, or Food Technology.

- Strong communication skills, preferably with experience in a high-standard production environment (safety & hygiene focus is a plus).

- Experience with dairy industry processes such as evaporation, drying, and membrane technology (highly preferred).

- Significant troubleshooting experience and the ability to work under pressure.

- A solid background in fact-based process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification, e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt, is an advantage).

- Strong analytical, results-oriented, and decisive mindset with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.

- Fluency in Dutch is required.
