Fill-Finish Technician, Haarlem, Noord-Holland

About the Role
As a Fill & Finish Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and improving equipment and processes used to produce high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will also handle the loading and unloading of lyophilizers. This role is critical to ensuring that patients receive safe and effective medications, with a focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Set up and start up filling machines in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot faults, and adjust equipment as needed.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance, following instructions from the engineering team.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and good working practices to minimize incidents.
- Perform operational tasks to enhance the overall quality of the final product.
- Ensure proper compliance with housing standards and cGMP requirements.
- Actively participate in resolving process issues in a fast and effective manner.
- Take ownership of reporting non-conformities to the management team.
- Correctly complete batch and production documentation according to SOPs and cGMP standards.

Requirements
- Degree in a technical or scientific field, or relevant experience working on a fill and finish line in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Good attention to detail.
