Role Description
As a Facility Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless operation of Hard and Soft Facility Services, maintaining compliance with EHS and quality standards. This role involves managing service providers, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting infrastructure projects to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facility operations align with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage Soft Services, including security, cleaning, catering, mailroom, and pest control.
- Oversee Hard Services, such as utilities, fire safety, CCTV, access control, and building maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of EHS, GMP, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with technical documentation and working in dynamic environments.
- 4+ years in a facility management or related role.
