Role description
As a Talent Partner & Recruiter you will manage the external recruitment processes to deliver great quality service to the hiring managers and find the best talent.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sustainable Talent Pools, matching the profiles and skills needed
- Develop relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-quality advice and guidance on the recruitment processes to the hiring manager
- Offering the optimal talent searches, interviews, offer conversation etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our external vacancies
Requirements
- HBO, Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably in HR, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in MS Office, HR systems
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
