Role description
As a Talent Partner / Recruiter you will run the recruitment process from start to finish: from talent need to offer acceptance. You will oversee and manage the external recruitment processes to deliver great quality service to hiring managers, find the best talent, drive excellence, and more human candidate experiences.

- Build and maintain sustainable Talent Pools, matching the profiles and skills needed
- Develop strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-quality advice and guidance on the recruitment processes and the external talent market to the hiring manager
- Secure a great candidate experience – offering the optimal talent searches, interviews, offer conversation etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our external vacancies

- HBO, Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably in HR/Business/Marketing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in MS Office, HR systems (such as Workday, Hiredscore, Visier)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
