The Company

Role Description
Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage the external recruitment processes to deliver great quality service to the hiring managers.

- Responsible in managing the end-to-end process of external job vacancies.
- Responsible in  providing the Hiring Managers the advise and guidance regarding recruitment processes.
- Responsible in finding ways on where the recruitment processes can be improved.

-Has Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
-Has at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process in the global business.
-Proficient in in MS office, HR Systems and fluency in English.
