The Role
You will be the first point of contact for healthcare professionals such as hospitals pharmacists. You will also update customer data and resolving complaints.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for inbound and outbound handling of contacts such as emailing, calling
- Handle and resolve service and transport issues including track and trace
- Solving issues on daily basis regarding to service and transport.
Requirements
- MBO 4 or Higher
- 1-2 years of experience
- Fluency in English and Native German
