The Role:
- In this role as Recruiter you will be involved in the recruitment and selection of Operators for our production site in Oss.
- You are the point of contact for managers, keep an overview of the vacancies and look for candidates.
- You do this in various ways: you pick up the applications received, discuss the strategy with our Talent Branding Specialist to place the vacancies in the right places.
- You also look out for further possibilities and discuss this with the various internal stakeholders.
- You build a rapport with hiring managers and discuss the profiles you come across.
- You also have regular contact with them about the state of affairs. In addition, you are part of the global GTA team, this means you have regular online meetings where you share knowledge and also look for opportunities to make a difference.

The Team:
Within the GTA team(Global Talent Attraction) you are part of an international team. Within this team you work closely together with four colleagues who deal with the Dutch vacancies, but you also work together with our Talent Branding Specialist and Candidate Care Specialist. Together you will have regular internal training sessions where you will focus on a particular recruitment topic. Because during this project you will deal with vacancies for our production location in Oss you will also work a lot together with the local HR team.

Who are we looking for?
- For this role we are looking for a colleague who enjoys making contacts, both with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- For you it takes no effort to keep your head cool and keep an overview between all the requests.
- Good command on English and Dutch is mandatory.
- Have at least HBO (higher professional education) level and HR or business background.
- 3+ years of experience as Recruiter.
