Your role as an Ingredient Specification Scientist is to ensure Quality & Food Safety standards being implemented in the company.
- Responsible in the release of complaint and safe products in driving continuous improvement Quality performance.
- Responsible in managing and developing 5 quality engineers.
- Responsible in creating and developing standardized approval validation methods for products.
-Has Bachelor’s Degree or post graduate qualification in biotechnology, quality or any related field in the food industry.
-Has management experience in manufacturing.
- HACCP experience is an advantage.
