Role Summary:
The SOM (Sales order management) & Trade Systems Administrator will report to the Strategy Lead, and will be tasked with providing support and associated coordination activities related to online sales orders and trade systems maintenance and development, utilizing relevant SAP functionality.

Responsibilities:
- SOM System users support act as super-user and primary point of contact, perform root cause identification, escalation and follow-up.
- Backoffice administration for SOM system – internal and external user accounts management, requests execution, roles and customer accounts linkage.
- New users training and onboarding.
- Periodic control reports and metrics generation, analysis, documents review and follow-up.
- Review and update work instructions, SOPs and training materials, if necessary.
- Provide support to SOM system users utilizing relevant functionality in SAP.
- SOM data and metrics analysis in Process mining system.
- Trade system admin support: data review, upload, issues follow-up.

Requirements:
- Understanding of design principles and practical experience with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail as well as ability to spot errors & inconsistencies.
- Problem-solving mindset, willingness to get to the root cause of an issue and find solution.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills required.
- Proficient in Excel, technical literacy.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or B2B customer ordering systems preferred, administration experience will be a strong advantage.
