The company is  building a new business capabilities and value propositions in a Direct to Consumer space. Due to nature of the business, this role requires agility and flexibility in the scope of deliverables.

The Role :

This role will be responsible for organizing data, mastering data hierarchies, and manage all details.
This role is important to ensuring that our master data is correct, structured and flows withing various systems. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs, drive the right knowledge and connection in order to ensure master data quality and governance.


  • Understanding the processes, sources, hierarchies and structures of data.
  • Map and optimize flows and replications towards systems, keep process descriptions documentation up to date.
  • Working closely with the team to continuously develop master data process in line with other processes.
  • Assisting the shop owners in creating/codifying all the products, prices, kits/bundles, that they need to operate, importing or replicating existing master data and creating the rest.
  • Help to structure, maintain and update Front End product data, based on inputs from stakeholders.
  • Guarantee the integrity of the data, with adequate processes, including change management.
  • Support the Finance and Commercial teams with setting up, structuring and maintaining Vendor master data.

  • Strong experience in Master Data management.
  • General ERP systems knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Functional skills  – high degree of knowledge in IT data related skills and data management leading to the capability of setting up new paths
  • Drive for results, attention to details
  • Organizational agility – liaise with the right people in the master data and IT teams to get the right information
  • Customer focus – strive to satisfy our end customers by powering our systems with the right data
  • Peer relationships – build sound relationships within the team and outside.
