Role description
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will look for candidates for various exciting roles in the Life Sciences Industry. You will write and publish vacancies, search for candidates in our database and through external systems, qualify then introduce them to our job opportunities, send the best quality profiles to our clients, prepare your candidates for their interviews, and celebrate with them when they get an offer – you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process between candidates and clients, accompanying candidates throughout their journey to find their dream job.

Be responsible for the whole recruitment process between clients and candidates.
Run searches to look for the best candidates in our combined ATS & CRM system and by using external tools.
Write and publish vacancies, send mass mails.
Call and qualify candidates, introduce them to job opportunities.
Assess CVs, negotiate with candidates, and help them prepare for their interviews.
Show initiative and organize your process efficiently.
Support each other with your colleagues.

To sum up, you will be working towards finding and selecting the best specialists in the market, offering tailored recruiting services including direct hire, temporary-to-hire and temporary placements.

3-18 months of Recruitment experience withing Agency Recruitment.
Living in the area of Haarlem (maximum 30-40 minutes of commuting time).
Bachelor or Master degree.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Dutch is a plus!
A social, stress resilient, detail-oriented, and motivated personality.
Experience with temporary staffing, secondment, and contract management is a big plus!
