About the role:
As a recruitment strategist, you will be responsible for the recruitment process between clients and candidates from start to finish, for example: building and further developing your own client portfolio, finding the right match between clients and candidates, assessing CVs, negotiating contracts, preparing candidates for interviews.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
-Having at least 1-2 years of working experience within Agency Recruitment, Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
-Experience with temporary staffing, secondment, contract management is a big plus
-Communicative, resilient, team player and have sales skills-Interest in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, food or FMGC industry.
-Fluency in English. Dutch or any other language is a plus.
