The company
Our client has almost 100 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Their main focus is to help women to make the right health choices, and they are distributing their medicines and products on almost 150 markets around the world.

Role description
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support the recruitment and selection of new colleagues who will join the company’s production site. You will coordinate the process and strategy with the Talent Branding Specialist, write vacancies, post them on different job boards, screen candidates, and discuss profiles with the managers, while you act as a main point of contact for the internal team and the applicants, and participate in the meetings of the Global Talent Attraction team to work towards improving processes and discovering new opportunities.

Be the main point of contact for candidates and keep track of the hiring processes to support the managers of the company.  
Write vacancies, review CVs, screen candidates, discuss profiles with managers.
Participate in the company’s global talent management meetings to share ideas towards process improvements and new opportunities.

Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills.
At least HBO level of education.
An organized, detail-oriented mindset.
