Job description
In this role, you have the opportunity to Work closely together with the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Markets Central team, the Market Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Leaders, the Function Leaders and Global Quality Compliance Learning team.
You will be responsible for the following aspects CULTURE and BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS & TRANSFORMATIONS
Responsibilities
- Building new People and Training Culture ensuring training
- Ensuring Markets Training Transformation continuity by making sure that training is seen as a performance tool
- Proactively investigating, identifying and closing training compliance gaps
- Operationally and strategically manage training related CAPAs
- Preparing and participating in audits and Management Reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in certain areas
- 3 years of experience in a highly regulated industry
- ISO quality standards or GxP requirements
- Experienced with leading company/department cultural change
- Experienced with Training administration processes, practices and tools in the Quality field
