As a Quality Assurance Employee you will be taking ownership on product quality complaints and solve them accordingly. This involves safety quality investigations and escalating them when need.
- Initiating investigation on product complaints (e.g. batch record review, reserve sample inspection, Return sample inspection and Safety Features verification)
- Applying CAPAs/QA Non Conformance as needed
- Root cause analysis
- Participating in regulatory inspections of complaints and audits
- BSs in the Life Sciences
- 2-3 years of experience in QA (product complaints investigations is a plus)
- GMP experience
