About the role
This role is for someone who is driven, resilient and experienced in complex project management.  The ideal candidate has experience in a Marketing Function and an interest in assisting the business in building a high performing Marketing Function in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. Out of Home or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Map roles & responsibilities for the Out of Home channel marketing team including Channel Innovation processes and Ways of Working with other teams (Masterbrand; CMC; DAH; Local Teams)
- Compile a list of system/tech requirements for the channel (e.g. GDPR compliant database; CRM system; customer data storage; marketing assets repository; .com for professionals; etc.) 
- Audit and identify all shared folders across marketing and support functions that is required and facilitate the transition
- Map available data & assets in UFS (marketing; CMI research; customer databases; selling stories; etc.) and create a robust process and ownership dashboard for the transfer of assets & data 
- Create a centralized asset bank with all up to date OOH assets to be used across the organization
- Migrate local and global systems (track status and coordinate with stakeholders) 
- Support defining end-state, validating created processes, and cascading to local markets
- Support the set-up of .com for professionals as part of the end state design of Out of Home in collaboration with the e-comm PMO
- Contract renewal: Migrate all relevant local and global contracts with Out of Home marketing providers (excl. CMC) 
- Prepare the re-branding plan for Out of Home in collaboration with workstream lead
- Act as the Out of Home spoke person in the Go to Market Blossom reviews with local markets building and progressing on the action plan related to the transition agreement exits. Manage weekly reports
- Work with finance to transition all historical profit & loss data at the greatest detail available for the channel and establish the correct performance tracking process and tools in the end-state
