The Role
As a Project Manager you bring great value in planning, organizing and integration of one of our strategic projects to deliver specific, measured results. This position partners with Senior Leaders on a local and global level to ensure the delivery of initiatives. You will be part of the Business Strategy & Operations department.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the project execution at the site level.
- Closely liaise with local SME’s and workstream leads who focus on the technical content.
- Typically ensure alignment of local execution with a global project team and stakeholders. 
- Apply standard PM practices in place within Kite such as Gantt charts, action and decision logs, RACIs, risk registers, meeting agendas and minutes and processes.
- Support change management and continuous improvement efforts across projects and site initiatives, identifying and addressing gaps and opportunities.

Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in Sciences with +5 years of Project Management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the life sciences sector (biotech/pharma/devices)
- Understanding of manufacturing tech transfer, commissioning, qualification and process validation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate progress toward milestones, opportunities, and risks to all stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project or an equivalent project management tool is required.
