The company
Our client is an American company that is a pioneer in cancer research. They are helping change the paradigm of cancer therapies and are growing exponentially. Currently, their only location in Europe is in Hoofddorp, where they have a state of the art facility from which they supply to all European countries.

The role
As a Project Manager, you will support the construction of a new pharma facility. You will be part of the Business Strategy and Operations department, which consists of Project and Portfolio Management, PMO, Operational Excellence and Administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the execution of the construction project
- Collaborate with global project teams and stakeholders for the completion of the project
- Provide PMO support
- Support continuous improvement and change management initiatives 
- Apply company-specific project management practices, such as action and decision logs, RACIs, risk registers, meeting agendas, etc.


Requirements
- Degree in the life sciences field
- +5 years of project management experience and a PM certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
- Solid experience in the life sciences sector (pharma / biotechnology / medical devices / etc.)
- Experience with managing stakeholders and building lasting business relations
- Affinity for a fast-paced and demanding environment
