Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible to manage the whole process of the purchase order with different stakeholders

- Keep track with all the purchases through MS Excel and the organization’s purchasing system
- Ensure the order process will run smoothly by filling in the correct and complete information from the client
- Handle the payment agreement
- Solve any recurring issues together with your colleagues

- Min. MBO or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in admin work/purchasing order
