Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in the world. They have 3 main production outlets: food, hygiene and personal care goods, and over 400 brands under their umbrella. They are very keen on sustainability, and on constantly innovating their products, to fit the demands of the current market.  

About the role:

As a personal assistant, you will provide support to the Head of Distributor Markets in the activities required, proactively contribute in finding valuable opportunities to the business and interact regularly with internal and external international network.


Agenda management
Administration activity (plan events, local travels, meetings and handle correspondence and reports)
Preparation of reports and presentations to share during meetings
Process expenses and invoices and respond to queries and requests from other regional teams


Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English, verbally and written

This position has an initial contract of 12 months. Extension will be discussed at the end. The position is for 32 hours per week. 2 days are worked on site, and 2 from home office.
For this role an EU passport or (search year) VISA for Europe is required. No Intercontinental sponsorship possible.
