Payroll Coordinator

Role description
As a Payroll Coordinator you will make sure that every colleague of yours will get their salary accurately and in time. You will ensure that all the deadlines are met, and that the payroll process is as efficient as possible and correct from a legal perspective.

Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for in-country payrolls.
Make sure that payroll is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Keeping an accurate record of employee data for payroll purposes, making sure that they are confidential and in alignment with GDPR.
Take the lead with complex queries from employees, finance functions, outsourced payroll provider and third party suppliers in a professional, timely and competent manner.
Provide training and coaching for team members.

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of payroll in the Netherlands.
Extensive knowledge of MS Word and intermediate level of Excel.
A detail-oriented mindset, accuracy, and experience with working on the payroll of international employees.
