In this role, your main task will be to review, assure and implement improvement in the quality of the product in all the stages- warehouse, re-packing, suppliers, customer and distributer. To support the transition as a full standalone company, the European Quality team is looking for an experienced Quality colleague to back fill the actual Quality lead. This Quality position is focusing on country Organization and reports to the MU Quality lead.
-Monitor quality performance of third parties within market unit.
-Support and provide expertise in resolving quality issues in warehouse, re-packer, suppliers, customers etc.
-Play an active role in Market Product Incident management across EU countries
-Interface with customer services / consumer carelines for alert trigger and briefs.
-Review, assure and take actions on the quality blocked stocks and quality defects.
-Continuous improvement and quality projects implementation at factories.
-Degree in general sciences/technical discipline
-5 year of technical experience in Quality role at factory/local/regional level
-Quality expertise in Operations.
-Experience within Food industries as minimum.
-Cross functional Influencing
-Proven record in risk and change management
-Fluent in English.
