Role description
The Office Administrator provides support to the Sales & Marketing department. You will collaborate with the sales manager, finanace department and sales representatives.


  • Reports directly to the Business Unit Manager
  • Give administrative, office and operational support
  • Create reports
  • Accurate filling of documentation and contracts
  • Contract management for new and existing clients
  • Booking transport and accommodation 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Good with numbers
  • Eye for details
