Role description
Essentially this role is the finance leader within the Global Marketing Organisation and will be responsible for providing finance leadership, developing business cases/innovation models, optimizing performance (BMI, pricing management, etc), and supporting the design and development of the Global Marketing Finance reporting tools & analytical models to power the global marketing teams.
- To lead the budgeting process (BMI, OVH) for the global marketing organization, including optimizing the collection, analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
- Effectively managing the BMI by working with teams across brands and markets.
- Drive BMI optimization (with partners) focussing on non-working media and building capability for the marketers to operationalize this.
- Develop and own an impact cells framework, to provide insights into where to focus resources for optimal outcomes, based on the company metrics.
Working with the Global Strategy Manager, Global Channel Leads (OOH, eCommerce) in various strategic initiatives.
- Finance background and training.
- Comfort with numbers, good Excel and Powerpoint skills
FMCG experience. 
- Key Stakeholders: The Innovation Hub team, Procurement & other support areas.
