About the Job
As a Global Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the transformation, from developing a value proposition and VI (consumer research) to its execution (CBU deployment), leading communication with multiple stakeholders across the globe including local CBUs.

Key accountabilities
- Build consumer value propositions that are distinctive, superior, meaningful, addressing unique pain points of parents / customers and creating value
- Translating new value propositions into real objects of desire with the development of new Visual identity
• Effectively utilize consumer research to sharpen & validate innovation ideas
- Manage innovation projects in a cross functional set up (global & local / internal & external)
- Develop clear guidelines on implementation of global value proposition in markets, cascade to CBUs and ensure high quality execution.
- Work with Design Agencies and Artwork team from design into execution securing timely delivery of new innovations;
- Ensure superior quality and compliance of CBUs with Global design principles truly creating "one brand" across the Globe.

Global Senior Brand Manager role in CB&I team is a strategic role with high business impact, visibility and growth opportunities. You will drive the business by designing, validating and executing new consumer value propositions (innovation & renovation) based on consumer needs.

Job dimension
- Business Impact: Execute the value proposition development for renovation / innovation
- Team : work with cross-functional team and CBUs.
- Cross-functionally: Health Care Nutrition, R&D, Strategy &Insight , Operations, Innovation realization office
- Outside: Market Research companies and pack design companies

Requirements:
- BS, Business or Marketing degree (masters is a plus)
- 6+ years Marketing experience in blue-chip consumer organization with strong innovation culture is a plus
- Highly motivated to work in global team and in close collaboration with the CBUs.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Creativity and problem solving
- Natural empathy with consumers
