The team
The Integrated Process Team (IPT), for which you will be working, is responsible for the production and packaging of contraceptive sticks.

The Maintenance and Engineering department is responsible for technical asset within the IPT. The department consists of 17 employees, of which 11 are maintenance technicians who report to the Technical Lead.

For this department we are looking for a maintenance technician who knows how to get things done and who is not afraid to work on high-quality, automated equipment.

About this role
As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for the event of an equipment failure in the department where also carry out preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned malfunctions. However, as a maintenance technician at you are much more than just that, because our client likes to work on continuous improvement and they need you with your expertise. In this way you will also actively work on structural problems and come u with possible solutions.
Major accountabilities
-Preparing and independently performing preventive maintenance on equipment and supporting the suppliers
-Troubleshooting(resolving malfunctions ) and participating in failure analysis (RCA)
-Ensure that systems are put into use correctly after maintenance, including completion of the reporting work in SAP
-Supporting in improvement projects

Your Profile
-Completed education (MBO or HBO) in a relevant technical direction (eg electrical engineering, WTB, mechanical engineering ,mechatronics or industrial automation)
-Experience in fault finding, troubleshooting and defining corrective actions to prevent future failures

-Preferably you have experience working in a regulated environment such as food, chemicals or pharmaceuticals
-Willing to work in a 4-shift operation (requirement, no other shifts possible)

-Good communication skills in Dutch and English both written and oral
