You support our client's new innovative cell therapy facility in the Amsterdam region with general laboratories and production areas for pharmaceutical production.
You will be part of the Maintenance & Calibration team.
About the role
As a Maintenance Project Engineer, you are responsible for developing and adapting maintenance concepts and maintenance of facilities, mechanical installations and related equipment. In this role you are responsible for the project intake side of several large projects where the installations are transferred to the operational Maintenance department.
-Ensure improvements in design in Design reviews and drafting requirements.
-Finding out maintenance requirements for new installations and checking whether these can also be carried out properly in practice.
-Prepare TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculations to include these items before purchase.
-Representing the interests of the Maintenance department in the project teams.
-Drafting and improving maintenance processes and coordination with involved departments
-Requires a HBO diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience
-cGMP experience required
-Experience with executing and setting up (installation) improvement processes
-Experience with maintenance methodologies such as RCM, TPM or similar
