The company:

Our client is one of the biggest players in the food industry with a mission to provide sustainable lifestyle for the generations ahead.


The role:

In this role you will be part of the Logistics department which takes care of Customer Service tasks related to orders and invoices. You will be in constant communication with multiple departments in the company at the same time servicing the customers and the external stakeholders.


The Responsibilities:


•             Ensure order to invoicing process

•             Control order entry and check invoices

•             Manage the complaint process

•             Drive logistics customer support by arranging meetings

•             Facilitate the collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

•            Take active role in project to reduce cost



The Requirements:

•            Minimum Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain  or similar

•             Previous experience with SAP and Power BI

•             Excellent English, good level of Dutch
