The Role
As Human Resources - HR Administration & Payroll Associate being part of the dynamic HR Support team, you will service colleagues and managers with all sorts of operational and Administration & Payroll HR-related topics. You have all the answers, and if you don’t, it’s no problem for you to figure out where to find them.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the execution of a correct Personnel and Payroll administration.
- Acting as a key driver in achieving a day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Administration & Payroll team.
- Drafting HR (legal) correspondence, processing change request in our administration and payroll systems (ADP – Workforce and sHaRe (SuccessFactors).
- Ensuring follow up administration related to HR topics (educational leave, thematic suspension, etc.) and keeping our personnel archive up to date.
- Customer oriented services (supporting employees, managers and HR business partners on HR related questions and topics).
