Role description
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will work on various HR related tasks, create and manage reports, make sure that the HR system is up-to-date, and act as a bridge between HR Support and the HR Business Partners.

Work on various HR cycle related tasks, e.g., prepare communications, be the main POC for employee related queries, run the on- and offboarding processes, etc.   
Be the master of HR reports and HR KPIs – create and manage reports and dashboards to track performance, headcount, turnover, etc.
Manage the access to the HR Systems used and make sure that they are utilized properly.
Support the payroll process in case of any changes, questions, contractual issues, etc.
Support the Recruitment process by writing vacancies, working on onboarding initiatives, and sometimes conducting interviews.

At least 6 month experience working in an HR or analytical role.
An analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and do-er mindset.
Enthusiasm about working with different systems.
Experience creating reports from complex data.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
