As a Human Resource Change Manager, you would be responsible for driving change management with the Global HR team. In this hands-on project, you will not only be a strategic partner in developing successful structural change, but you will also have the chance to get your hands dirty in seeing your plans come to life in internal communication solutions and trainings.
-Map & support key processes of organizational change management
-Define the change communication strategy and tailoring plans for chosen target audiences
-Establish project plans and take part in implementation processes
-Carry out the execution of communication events and trainings
-Develop communication, training, and HR retention plans
-Take part in the implementation of plans across diverse stakeholder levels; from junior to senior
-3+ Years experience in change management communication and organizational change projects
-Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality
-Solid project management skills
-Fluent in English
