Our client is a biotech and pharmaceutical organisation, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands. In this site, they are responsible for the packaging of drugs and the distribution of them across the whole EMEA region.
You will support the HR department by ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws through review of work contracts. Next to that you will manage administrational tasks related to HR.
- Manage contracts, memo's, resignations and parental\maternity leaves
- Handle the administration of contracts and payment invoices
- Review contracts and ensure that they are complaint according to the Dutch law
- Manage illness cases
- Manage administrational tasks in WorkDay and SAP
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new staff
- Keep close contact with external suppliers
- Degree in HR, Business or similar or a Student of HR
- An eye for details
- Familiar with administrational tasks
- Basic knowledge of Dutch Labor law
