Role Description
As a P&O Officer, you are at the heart of the end to end delivery of all people related activities, processes and experiences.

-As the first point of contact for all employees in your local market, you deliver front line P&O support to the business and ensure P&O delivery is fully aligned to business goals.
-You analyze and provide detailed reports to the P&O Lead the Netherlands as required to support the overall Europe P&O strategy
-You support resolving local ER / IR issues (including grievances, disciplinary, dispute resolutions, absence, retirement, and redundancy).
-You ensure compliance with local legislation by maintaining relationships with the relevant bodies, representing at local sessions, and maintaining relevant records.
-You ensure P&O data accuracy by liaising with the Central P&O Operations team on data management activities (Position management, data cleansing, reporting lines etc.)
-You support line managers with their recruitment process needs and onboarding activities

-You a have minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience including labor relations.
-Good knowledge of local employment / labor laws
-Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
-Experience in and expert knowledge of MS Office application
-Good administrative, negotiation and influencing skills
-Fluent in Dutch and English
