Role description

As Recruitment & HR Specialist you will be the point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team and external recruitment agencies. You will coordinate the onboarding of new employees within the Quality Control organization.


  • Coordinate onboarding days
  • Organize the starter packages like equipment
  • Manage open vacancies
  • Planning interviews
  • Drive HR activities


  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with recruitment and selection
  • Proactivity and accuracy
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Team player
