Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for being the HR Reporting master, you will manage all reports, will be the master of our HR Systems and will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR advisor with administration and HR cycles related topics. You will be the bridge between HR Support and the HRBPs next to supporting the business with any operational related queries.

- Run the HR Onboarding session for new hires & ensure content is up to date.
- Support with the Recruitment process especially job offer preparation, expat file transfer, onboarding invites and interviews when relevant.
- Train the business on how best to use the tools, and be a connection to the One HR Admin team for any systems-related projects.

- At least 6 months experience working in an analytical HR or business role.
- Enjoys translating complex data into readable & understandable reports.
- Desire & aptitude for working with systems as a large portion of your role.

PS: For this role an EU passport or (search year) VISA for Europe is required. No Intercontinental sponsorship possible.
