The role

As an HR Coordinator, you will be supporting HR Business Partners and payroll processes; reporting and management the HR processes, with the main goal of assisting the business. In addition, you will be the point of contact for the employee entry and exit processes.

Responsibilities

- Support the HR cycles, from preparing communication and reports, to participating in business meetings

- Managing the HR systems and offering trainings about how to use them

- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes

- Participating in diversity projects

Requirements

- Degree in a relevant field

- At least 6 months experience working in HR or business roles

- Good communications skills and good command of the Dutch and English language

- Strong knowledge at MS office. Experience with ADP, Share Orgvue, and Topdesk is a plus.

Other information:

This role is open for full time (40 hours per week) or part time (32 hours per week).

The job is open to cover a maternity live, the contract is for 6 months.
