Job Description
The HR Coordinator is responsible for being the HR Reporting master, managing reports, you will be the master of our HR Systems and will support HR Business Partners and HR advisor with payroll and HR cycles related topics. You will be the bridge between HR Support and the HRBPs next to supporting the business with any operational related queries.

- Support with the Recruitment process especially job offer preparation, expat file transfer, onboarding invites and interviews when relevant.
- Support in key HR Business Partners activities as business-relevant & when time permits.
- Run the HR Onboarding session for new hires & ensure content is up to date.

- Dutch language is mandatory.
- At least 6 months experience working in an analytical HR or business role.
- Enjoys translating complex data into readable & understandable reports.
- Education: Bachelor/Master degree.

PS: For this role an EU passport or (search year) VISA for Europe is required. No Intercontinental sponsorship possible.
