Role Description

In this position you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of a change management project. The focus of the project is effective internal communication during a structural change in the company.


-Establishing a change communication strategy and outlining the target audiences of this communication

-Taking responsibility for the creation and execution for one of the communication products - training plan

-Formulation of the retention plan in collaboration with the HR department

-Taking part in the implementation of the strategy and handling any kind of potential communication issues

-Defining main stakeholders in the process and ensuring proper communication about the change with them


-At least 5 years of experience working in change management communication

-Balance of strategic and hands-on experience in change management

-Experience in the food industry is a plus

-Excellent communication skills in English
