The role

In this position you will be being  of the dynamic HR Support team, you will service colleagues and managers with all sorts of operational and Administration & Payroll HR-related topics.

You work accurately, possess an eye for detail as well as feeling comfortable in a dynamic working environment that is subject to a high pace of change.



  • Administering the candidate and payroll information accurately
  • Being in charge of the proper execution of the daily activities within the Administration and Payroll team Work with administration & payroll programs
  • Drafting HR correspondence
  • Make sure the personnel database is updated
  • Ensuring follow up administration related to HR topics (educational leave, thematic suspension, etc.)



  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both within a team and independent
  • Computer skills (Workforce and SAP is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within a similar role
