The Role

In this position you will provide support between the departments helping colleagues and managers with Administrative and Payroll tasks. High focus is placed on enhancing customer satisfaction as well as doing the operational tasks very well.


  • Administering the candidate and payroll information accurately
  • Being in charge of the proper execution of the daily activities within the Administration and Payroll team
  • Work with administration & payroll programs
  • Make sure the personnel database is updated
  • Support the stakeholders within the company with customer service related requests


  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Highly detail oriented individual
  • Internationally oriented
