German Speaking Customer Service 

The Company
You will be part of a global team in one of the biggest Biopharmaceutical organizations, based on Noord-Brabant region. Their mission is to deliver innovative medicines for patients worldwide.

Role description
While working for the Customer Success Department, you will be the first line contact for doctors, hospitals, pharmacists and distributors. You will also initiate and identify different process improvements and resolve complaints.

-Responsible for inbound and outbound handling of contacts through calls, emails and fax.
-Solve  issues on a daily basis regarding to service, transport and track & trace of deliveries
- Discuss, accept, enter and follow up on customer service complaints.

-Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
-Near native in German and a good level of English
-Good communication skills (verbal & written)
-Customer focused
